Unstableorflickeringimage Iftheprojector’simageisunstableorflickering,thefrequencyortrackingsettingsonyourinput sourcecouldbedifferentfromthesettingsonyourprojector. I M P O R T A N T Writedownyoursettingvaluesbeforeadjustinganyofthesettingsinthefollowingprocedure. gToresolveyourunstableorflickeringimage 1.Checkthedisplaymodeofyourcomputer’sgraphicscard.Makesureitmatchesoneofthe projector’scompatiblesignalformats(seeVideoformatcompatibilityonpage27yf.Referto yourcomputer’smanualformoreinformation. 2.Configurethedisplaymodeofyourcomputer’sgraphicscardtomakeitcompatiblewiththe projector.Refertoyourcomputer’smanualformoreinformation. 3.Optionally,resettheprojectorasdescribedinResettingtheprojectoronnextpagetoadjust thefrequencyandtrackingtotheiroriginalvalues. Unalignedprojectedimage Alignmenterrorsoccurwhentheprojectedimageisn’tperpendiculartothescreen.Alignmenterrors canoccurwhenyoumountyourinteractivewhiteboardsystemonanunevensurfaceorawallthat hasobstructions,orifyouswiveltheprojectortoofarfromtheverticalcenterofyourinteractive whiteboard. Theprojectorimagecanslipiftheprojectorismovedoftenorinstalledinalocationpronetovibration, suchasnexttoaheavydoor.Followtheseprecautionstohelppreventtheimagefrombecoming unaligned: lMakesurethattheinstallationwallisplumbandsquareanddoesn’tmoveorvibrate excessively. lMakesurethattherearenoobstructionsbehindtheprojector’swall-mountingbracketandthat thebracketisfirmlysecuredtothewallaccordingtotheinstallationinstructions. lMakesurethattheprojectionsurfaceisflatandsmooth.
