21 Water runs from the appliance. The water connection hose is not properly sealed. Replace the hose with a manufacturer’s original part. Incorrect shut-off tap installed. Incorrect taps can cause low water pressure and damage to the appliance. The water pressure is less than usual. Low water pressure. The water pressure must be between 1.72 bar and 8.25 bar so that the appliance works properly. Shut off tap incorrectly opened. Open shut off tap fully and check for leaks. Check the minimum through flow. Incorrect shut-off tap installed. Incorrect taps can cause low water pressure and damage to the appliance. Water supply has kinks. Turn off the water supply at the shut-off tap. Smoothen out the kinks, exchange where necessary. The water filter is bunged up or used. Change the water filter. The discharged water is not cold. The appliance is newly set up. The water in the tank needs approx.12 hours to cool down. The water in the tank is exposed. The water has stood for a long period in the pipes outside of the tank and has adapted to the room temperature. Throw the first glass of water away. The water appears cloudy. There is air or air bubbles in the water. This is normal when using the dispenser for the first time. It disappears after a short time. Particles float in the water or ice cubes. The first water which runs through the filter can rinse carbon dust out of the filter. The particles are not harmful! These particles disappear after a short period. If water freezes and thaws again, particles are formed by mineral deposits. The particles are not harmful! In the water supply this is a natural occurrence.

Remove the defective halogen bulb. Insert the new halogen bulb. Always use a soft cloth when inserting a halogen bulb. Replace the cover and press it until it engages.
