6 Inserting the batteries Before using the TV for the first time, insert two supplied “AAA” size zinc-carbon batteries. When the batteries become depleted and the remote control unit fails to operate, replace the batteries with new “AAA” size batteries. Open the battery cover. Insert two supplied “AAA” size batteries. 7 Initial installation overview Follow the steps below one by one when using the TV for the first time. Some steps may not be necessary depending on your TV installation and connection.
