Upper Clamp Assembly • Open the upper clamp on the handlebar. • Lift the handlebar to its highest position. • Close the upper clamp on the handlebar. • Loosen the nut in the lower clamp on the handlebar with the Allen wrench. Assembly • Make sure the handlebar is in its highest position. • Wrap the plastic tie around the brake cable, power wire and the handlebar. • Insert the flat end of the plastic tie into the opening in the square end of the plastic tie. Pull the flat end of the plastic tie with pliers to be sure it is tight around the handlebar. • Using safety scissors, cut off the excess plastic tie.
