 When you are unable to make a call when using 
a switchboard

In	general,	the	dial	tone	of	a	switchboard	or	a	digital	 phone	switching	system	is	not	continuous	unlike	
that	of	a	PSTN	line.	Therefore,	the	modem	may	not	
make	a	call	because	it	may	recognize	the	dial	tone	
as	a	busy	signal.	In	this	case,	perform	either	of	the	
following:

different	APs	are	using	nearby	channels,	
interference	may	occur	between	the	electronic	
waves.	Set	the	AP	channels	further	apart	from	each
