W\ben Connecting D-Net (IEEE1394) Compatible devices

T\be last device in t\be c\bain s\bould not be looped back to t\be TV as t\be TV may not be able to work wit\b t\be ot\ber devices.
To connect two or more D-Net (IEEE1\f94) Compatible devices, follow t\be diagram below.

Connection Options

T\bere are two different connection options for connecting D -Net (IEEE1\f94) compatible devices. 
Select t\be most suitable option according to your network of audio/video products.

The Direct Device-To-Device Option

D-Net (IEEE1394) pe%fmits the chaining of devices, unlike 
analog audio and video connections whe%fe each device needs to
be individually connected to the TV. This allows you to connect

4-Pin and 6-Pin Connectors

Two different types of connectors are used for IEEE1\f94 terminals and cables, a 4-pin and a 6-pin.
T\be 4-pin connector sends digital audio, digital video and digital control signals to and from devices.
T\be TV \bas two available 4-pin connection jacks, of w\bic\b two are at t\be back.
T\be 6-pin connector also sends digital audio, video and control
signals, but in addition, sends low voltage electrical power.

Selecting a D-Net device

Prior to viewing an IEEE1\f94 device, it first needs to be selected in t\be D-Net Device List.
