Connect your phone to a PC, to copy files, such as music, 
pictures or videos, between your phone and the PC.
Note: While connected to a PC, your phone cannot make or receive calls.

Section 12: Bluetooth
This section explains how to use Bluetooth to transfer 
information between your phone and other Bluetooth devices.
Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communications technology 
capable of exchanging information over a distance of about 30 
feet without requiring a physical connection.
Unlike infrared, you dont need to line up the devices to beam 
information with Bluetooth. If the devices are within a range of 
one another, you can exchange information between them, even

Turning Bluetooth On or Off
Turn Bluetooth on to exchange information with a Bluetooth 
device. To save battery life, or in situations where use of wireless 
devices is prohibited, turn Bluetooth off.
1.From the Home screen, select   MENU ➔  
Settings & Tools ➔ Bluetooth Menu.
2.Press the Left Soft Key  Tu r n  O n or Tu r n  O f f.

Adding a New Device
Search for a Bluetooth device and pair with it, to exchange 
information between your phone and the device.
1.From the Home screen, select   MENU ➔  
Settings & Tools ➔ Bluetooth Menu  ➔ Add New Device. 
Bluetooth turns on, if it is not already on.
2.At the prompt “PLACE DEVICE YOU ARE SEARCHING IN 
DISCOVERABLE MODE

PTT Settings
Configure your phone’s PTT feature, and set the functionality of 
the  PTT/Side Key.
The PTT feature uses the PTT/Side Key. When PTT Mode is On, 
pressing the Side Key initiates PTT Mode. 
When PTT Mode is disabled, the   
PTT/Side Key acts as a
