    MAC OS Users: If you cannot install the software successfully, check your OS 
    X Security & Privacy settings and allow applications downloaded from 
    Anywhere. This will allow 3rd party applications that are not from the Mac App 
    Store to be installed on your computer.

    General Troubleshooting 
    Problem Possible Cause Solution 
    The captured image 
    is not stored 
    Memory card may be 
    full or malfunctioning 
    Image not being 
    saved before the 
    device is powered off 
    Reformat memory card or

    recording before shutting
