40 Answ ering S ystem Operation Ther e are tw o mailb oxes in the system. One is for Line 1 and another is for Line 2. For memo r ecording, y ou can select which mailb ox is used to r ecord the memo . Answering S ystem On/Off Press and hold the base ans sys button for 2 seconds to switch this f unction On or Off with the v oice pr ompt.
