    The date and time of travel destinations can be recorded, guidelines 
    displayed and the sound of the wind reduced.

    ●  When setting the travel destination, if the city and region of your travel 
    destination do not appear, select another city and region in the same time 
    zone. 
    ●  After the destination has been set, a [

    Recorded motion pictures (scenes) can be played back on the unit. 
    Do not remove the SD card while it is being accessed (card access lamp 
    lit).
    ●  This unit complies with the SD-Video standard and can play back MPEG2 
    movies.
    “MPEG” is the acronym for the “Moving Pictures Experts Group” and is a 
    compressed movie format of 30 fps.
    ●  Some motion pictures recorded on other devices may not play back correctly. 
    Similarly, motion pictures recorded on this unit may not play back correctly on 
    other devices.
    ●  Thumbnails in which [
    ] appears cannot be played back.
    ●  Some motion pictures of short recording time cannot be played back.
    ●  If the unit is running on battery power, [POWER SAVE] (P.84) is set to [5 
    MINUTES] and play pause is continued for 5 minutes, the power shuts off.
    ●  The power does not shut off when the LCD monitor is closed.
    ●  The time and date is recorded when the record button is pressed. When using 
    the PRE-REC function, the displayed time and date for thumbnail images or 
    playback images will be a few seconds later from the time of recording.

    ●  The memory of the resume position is erased by rotating the mode dial or 
    performing other operations. (Menu settings do not change.)
    ●  When an SD card is write-protected, [RESUME PLAY] is automatically set to

    ●  This unit complies with the unified standard DCF (Design rule for Camera File 
    system) established by JEITA (Japan Electronics and Information Technology 
    Industries Association) and can play back JPEG pictures. (Some JPEG 
    pictures cannot be played back.)
    ●  Some still pictures recorded on other devices may not play back correctly. 
    Similarly, still pictures recorded on this unit may not play back correctly on 
    other devices.
    ●  Thumbnails in which [
    ] appears cannot be played back.
    ●  Time may be required to play back some still pictures depending on the 
    number of recorded pixels.
    ●  If the unit is running on battery power, [POWER SAVE] (P.84) is set to [5

    such as management information, may be deleted as well.
    ●  When DCF pictures are deleted, all related information, such as management 
    information, is deleted as well.

    Locking pictures (P.58) you do not want to delete prevents them from being

    pictures are to be printed and how many copies are to be made on SD cards. 
    This information can be used by DPOF printers and stores.

    When the message appears,

      Connect the unit and AC adaptor (P.20) and set the mode dial to [] or [].
     Connect the unit and TV with the AV cable (supplied).

      •  That the plugs on the AV cable are inserted into terminal as far as they can

      •  That the plugs on the AV cable are connected to the correct terminals
      •  That input settings and the selected input channel of the TV are correct
    ●  If pictures are not displayed correctly on a wide-screen TV, adjust the display 
    settings of the TV.
    ●  If the image stretched in the vertical direction on TVs of a 4:3 aspect ratio
