    You can monitor/control the projector using RoomView.
    To display the operation page of RoomView from Web Control screen, access with the administrator rights is 
    required. (The [CRESTRON RoomView] button is not displayed on the Web Control screen for user rights.)
    When you click [CRESTRON RoomView], the RoomView operation page is displayed.
    If Adobe Flash Player is not installed in your computer, or if the browser does not support Flash, this page 
    does not appear. In this case, return to the previous page by clicking [Back] in the operation page.

    When the power of the projector is turned off, [VOL DOWN], 
    [AV MUTE], and [VOL UP] are not available.

    (6) Freeze/image quality adjustment Sets freeze/image quality details.

    Managing the indicated problems
    If a problem should occur inside the projector, the lamp indicator  and the temperature indicator  
    will inform you.
    Manage the indicated problems as follows.Attention
     z When switching of
    
    f the power to deal with problems, make sure to follow the procedure in “Switching of f the 
    projector” (
     page 38).

    Before maintaining/replacing the unit
     zMake sure to turn of
    f the power before maintaining or replacing the unit. ( pages 35, 38)
     zWhen turning of
    
    f the power, make sure to follow the procedures in “Switching off the projector” (
     page 38).
    Maintenance
    ▶■ Outer case
    Wipe off dirt and dust with a soft, dry cloth.
    ▶z
    If the dirt is persistent, soak the cloth with water and wring it thoroughly before wiping. Dry of
    f the projector 
    with a dry cloth.
    ▶z Do not use benzene, thinner
    
    , or rubbing alcohol, other solvents, or household cleaners. Using them may 
    cause deterioration of the outer case.
    ▶z When using chemical treated dusters, follow the instructions.
    ▶■ Lens
    If dirt or dust accumulates on the surface of the lens, it will be enlarged and projected onto the screen.
    Wipe off dirt and dust off the front surface of the lens with a soft clean cloth.
    ▶z
    Do not use a cloth that is fluf
    
    fy, dusty, or soaked with oil/water.
    ▶zDo not use excessive force when wiping the lens as it is fragile.
    Attention
     z The lens is made of glass. Impacts or excessive force when wiping may scratch its surface. Please handle with 
    care.
    ▶■ Air filter unit
    If too much dust accumulates in the air filter unit, the internal temperature of the projector cannot be 
    maintained at the normal level. A confirmation message is displayed on the screen, and at the same time 
    the temperature indicator  illuminates red. The power is cut off automatically after a while. In such a 
    case, clean the air filter unit.
    1) Remove the air filter cover
    .
    ▶zUse a Phillips screwdriver to turn the air filter cover fixing screw until it turns freely
    , and then remove the air

    2) Pull out the air filter unit.
    ▶zHold the grips on the air filter unit and pull out the air filter unit from the projector
    .

    • After removing the air filter unit, remove any large build ups of dirt or dust in the air filter unit bay and the 
    air intake port on the projector
    .
    3) Clean the air filter unit.
    ▶zVacuum dirt and dust from the air filter unit.
    4) Attach the air filter unit to the projector
    .
    ▶zPerform Step  2) in the reverse order.
    •  
    Insert the air filter unit into the projector in the direction of the arrow engraved into the air filter frame () 
    until it clicks into place.
    5) Attach the air filter cover to the projector and use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten 
    the air filter cover fixing screw (one screw).
    ▶z Perform Step  1) in the reverse order.
    Attention
     z Make sure that the air filter is properly attached before using the projector
    . If it is not properly attached, the 
    projector will suck in dirt and dust causing a malfunction.
     z Do not use water to wash the air filter unit. Doing so decreases its ability to absorb dust.
