Remote control
When	using	the	remote	control,	set	the	[IR	REMOTE]	on	the	[OTHER	FUNCTIONS]	menu	to	[ON].	The	factory	setting	is	set	to	[OFF].	(Page	97	of	Vol.2)

1 Connect the DC cord to the AC adaptor.
2 Plug the AC cord into the power outlet.
3 Insert the DC cord’s battery connector until 
it clicks into place.

Turning the camera ON/OFF
Turning on the power:
Turn	the	POWER/MODE	switch	up	to	the		position while pressing the lock release button.
The mode lamp  lights up in red and 
the camera goes to recording standby status
