Introduction 
The Voice Processing system (VPS) is a convenient, 
easy-to-use telecommunications system. With it, 
recorded messages can be sent, received and retrieved 
at any time from any touch-tone telephone in the 
world. The VPS ensures that important calls will never 
go unanswered and will receive an appropriate 
response without fail.
