To write motion picture data recorded with the Panasonic High Definition Video Camera sold previously, use the HD Writer supplied with the unit. ≥ When motion picture data is written to and read from the SD card, correct operation of the unit cannot be guaranteed if software other than supplied with the unit is used. ≥ Do not start the software supplied with this unit and other software at the same time. You (“Licensee”) are granted a license for the Software defined in this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) on condition that you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Article 7 Export ControlLicensee agrees not to export or re-export to any country the Software in any form without the appropriate export licenses under regulations of the country where Licensee resides, if necessary. Article 8 Termination of LicenseThe right granted to Licensee hereunder will be automatically terminated if Licensee contravenes any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
