the subject is too rapid, the [AF Mode] setting switches to (23-area-focusing). ●Under certain recording conditions, such as when the subject is small or dark, AF
    Tracking may not operate correctly.
●When AF Tracking does not work, focus will be on (1-area-focusing). ●Cannot set to in the following cases. • [Creative Control] Mode ([Sepia] [Dynamic Monochrome] [High Dynamic] [Toy Ef

    [Min. Shtr Speed]
Sets shutter speed to minimum. We recommend using slower shutter speeds
to take brighter pictures in dark locations.
     ■Settings: [AUTO] [1/250] [1/125] [1/60] [1/30] [1/15] [1/8] [1/4] [1/2] *
      [1] *
    * If the ISO Sensitivity setting is [3200] the shutter speed becomes [1/4].
●Slower shutter speeds allow for brighter pictures but increase risk of jitter , so we
recommend using a tripod and the self-timer.
●As still pictures may become dark when using faster values such as [1/250], we
recommend that still pictures are taken in bright locations ( flashes red when
shutter button is pressed halfway if still picture will be dark).
     ● displayed on screen for settings other than [AUTO].
    [i.Resolution]
You can use the camera’s Intelligent Resolution technology to record still
pictures with sharper outlines and clearer resolution. Also, when [i.ZOOM] is
set, the zoom ratio can be increased 2x higher than the original zoom ratio with
    limited deterioration of picture quality.
     ■Settings: [ON] / [i.ZOOM] / [OFF]

    Night Shot] Scene Mode.

    pictures.
     • When [Rec Quality] is set to [VGA/30p] in [MP4]
    [Date Stamp]
Still pictures can be taken with the recording date and time stamped on the still
    picture.
     ■Settings: [W/O TIME] / [WITH TIME] / [OFF]

motion picture, or when the [3D Photo Mode] Scene Mode is set.
●Do not request date printing in store or make date printing on printer for still pictures

     ■Settings:

    [MP4] in [Rec Format]
    ItemPicture size fpsBit rate
    [FHD/30p] 1920×1080 30pApprox. 20 Mbps
    [HD/30p] 1280×720 30pApprox. 10 Mbps
    [VGA/30p] 640×480 30pApprox. 4 Mbps
     ●What is bit rate
Bit rate is the data volume for a given period of time. The bigger the volume, the
higher the picture quality. This unit uses the “VBR” recording method. “VBR” is an
abbreviation of “Variable Bit Rate”, and the bit rate (volume of data for definite period
of time) is changed automatically depending on the subject to record. Therefore, the
recording time is shortened when a subject with fast movement is recorded.
