Flour
Main ingredient of bread. The protein 
in flour forms gluten during kneading. 
Gluten provides structure and texture 
and helps the bread to rise.
●  Use strong flour.  
Do not use soft or plain flour.
Dairy  
Products
Add flavour and  
nutritional value.
●  If you use milk instead of water, the 
nutritional value of the bread will 
be higher, but do not use in timer 
setting as it may not keep fresh 
overnight.

set the kneading blade

has been selected correctly ‘DOUGH RAISIN’ and  ‘  ’ 
remains displayed.
●  The start/stop light will come on.

Baking Cakes
Preparations1 Prepare the ingredients according to the recipe. 
2 Line the bread pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixed ingredients. 
3 Set the bread pan into the main unit, and plug the machine into the socket. 
(Make sure the start/stop light is off.)

check that baking is complete, 
and remove the pan
