    Panasonic Television Limited Warranty
    Limited Warranty CoverageIf your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials \
    or workmanship, Panasonic Corporation of North America 
    (referred to as “the warrantor”) will, for the length of the per\
    iod indicated on the chart below, which starts with the date of original purchase 
    (“Limited Warranty period”), at its option either (a) repair your product wit\
    h new or refurbished parts, (b) replace it with a new or a refurbished 
    equivalent value product, or (c) refund your purchase price. The decision to repair, replace or refund will be made by the warrantor.

    Limited Warranty Limits And Exclusions
    During the “Labor” Limited Warranty period there will be no charge for labor. During the “Parts” Limited Warranty period, there will be no 
    charge for parts.
    You must carry-in your product or arrange for on-site service during the \
    Limited Warranty period. If non-rechargeable batteries are 
    included, they are not warranted. This Limited Warranty only applies to products purchased and serviced in the United St\
    ates. This 
    Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of a new product whic\
    h was not sold “as is”. A purchase receipt or  other proof 
    of the original purchase date is required for Limited Warranty service. 
    On-site service where applicable requires clear, complete and easy access to the product by the authorized servicer and\
     does not include removal 
    or re-installation of an installed product. It is possible that certain \
    on-site repairs will not be completed on-site, but will  require that the product or 
    parts of the product, at the servicer’s discretion be removed for shop diagnosis and/or repair and then return\
    ed.
    When shipping the unit, carefully pack, include all accessories, and sen\
    d it prepaid, adequately insured and preferably in the  original 
    carton. When shipping Lithium Ion batteries please visit our Web Site at www.panasonic.com/BatteryHandling as Panasonic is comm itted 
    to providing the most up to date information. Include a letter detailing\
     the complaint, a return address and provide a daytime phone number 
    where you can be reached. A valid registered receipt is required under the Limited Warranty.
    This Limited Warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, and DOES NO\
    T COVER normal wear and 
    tear or cosmetic damage, nor does it cover markings or retained images o\
    n the glass panel resulting from viewing fixed images ( including, 
    among other things, non-expanded standard 4:3 pictures on wide screen TVs, or onscreen data in a stationary and fixed location  such 
    as network logos, video games and banners). The Limited Warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVER damages which occurred in shipment, 
    or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, 
    bug infestation, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty install\
    ation, set-up adjustments, misadjustment of consumer co ntrols, 
    improper maintenance, power line surge, lightning damage, modification, \
    or commercial use (such as in a hotel, office, restaura nt, or other 
    business), rental use of the product, service by anyone other than a Fa\
    ctory Service Center or other Authorized Servicer, or damage that is  attributable to acts of God.
    THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED UNDER “LIMITED WARRANTY 
    COVERAGE”. THE WARRANTOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES 
    RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED 
    WARRANTY.
