Page 75 Using Your Applications To use Phone Lookup: 1. Display the record in which you want to insert a phone number. The record can be in Date Book, To Do List, or Memo Pad. 2. Sorting is available in applications that have list screens: Address Book, To Do List, Note Pad, and Memo Pad. Note: You can also assign records to categories. You can choose a different font style for each application, and in some applications, you can use different font styles in different parts of the application. Scheduling an event A record in Date Book is called an “event.” An event can be any kind of activity that you associate with a day. You can enter a new event on any of the available time lines.
