    Other Problems
      The projector stops responding to all controls
    If possible, turn off the projector, then unplug the power cord  `
    and wait at least 20 seconds before reconnecting power.
    Remote Control Problems
      If the remote control does not work
    Check the operating angle of the remote control is within  ±25°  `
    both horizontally and vertically of on of the IR receivers on the 
    projector.
    Make sure there are not any obstructions between the remote  `
    control and the projector. Move to within 6 m (20 ft) of the 
    projector.
    Make sure batteries are inserted correctly. `
    Replace batteries if they are exhausted. `

    To prevent damage to your projector, please use the Optoma 1. 
    ceiling mount.
    If you wish to use a third party ceiling mount kit, please ensure 2. 
    the screws used to attach a mount to the projector meet the fol-
    lowing specifications:
    Screw type: M6 `
    Maximum screw length: 12mm `
    Minimum screw length: 10mm `
     Warning: 1. If you buy a ceiling mount from another company, please be sure to use the correct screw size. Screw size will vary depending on the thickness of the mounting plate.2. Be sure to keep at least 10 cm gap between the ceiling and the bottom of the projector.3. Avoid installing the projector near a heat source.
