Delete an app from your phone 
You can remove installed apps that you no longer  want to keep or use, to increase the amount of available memory. 
1.  On the start screen, swipe left to the apps menu. 2.  Tap and hold the app, and tap uninstall. You may not be able to remove some apps. 
If you remove an app, you may be able to reinstall wi thout buying again, as long as the app is available in Store.

Set your phone to lock automatically 
Want to protect your phone against unauthorized  use? Define a security code, and set your phone to lock itself automatically when youre not using it. 
1.  On the start screen, swipe left, and tap  Settings > lock screen. 2.  Switch password to On , and type in a security code (at least 4 digits). 3.  Tap Require a password after, and define the length of time after which the phone is locked automatically.

The personal unblocking key (PUK) code and the universal personal unblocking key (UPUK) code (8 digits) are required to change a  blocked PIN code and UPIN code, respectively. This code is not supplied with the SIM card. Contact your  local service provider for the codes.

Find your phone label
If you need to call Nokia Care or your service provider, you need specific information listed on your phone label. 
The phone label is under the SIM holder.
To open the SIM holder, push the SIM door key into  the hole until the holder is released, and pull the holder out. 
To see the phone label tray, put the door key into the hole on the side of the tray, and pull the tray out.
The label contains the model number, as well as  other important information about your phone.
