    Search the Display: Type s to select the 
    Search command. At the prompt type the 
    desired pattern and press Enter.
    Print the Display
    : Type p to select the 
    Print command. At the prompt, type f to 
    indicate the whole file or s to indicate just 
    the screen and press Enter. All of the occurrences of the pattern on that 
    page are highlighted.
    There is a pause while the material is sent 
    to the printer then the command line is 
    returned.
    To exit the display, type q to select the 
    Quit command. The DID Group Destination screen 
    displays, and the cursor is positioned on

    Print a DID Group Destination Schedule
    Use the Print command on the DID Destination Maintenance screen to print a 
    selected DID group or the records within a designated range in a selected DID 
    group without viewing them first on the screen.

    On the DID Destination Maintenance 
    screen, type p to select the Print 
    command. A window displays with prompts for the 
    start and end values for the search.
    Using the space bar, toggle between the 
    displayed search fields. Press Enter to 
    select the desired field. To indicate the 
    range of records to be viewed type the first 
    record value and press Enter, and type the 
    last record value and press Enter.The records lying within the indicated 
    range are sent to the printer, and the cursor

    Chapter 6 RSC Scheduling
    Overview
    Use the RSC Scheduling option on the Maintenance Options menu to change, 
    view, and print the restriction classes of groups of extensions.

    General 
    InformationChanges can become effective immediately upon exiting this option or they can 
    take effect at a scheduled time. The restriction to which the members of the RSC 
    Group are changed can be either a default restriction or one that is selected from 
    among the options available in the MCS/PBX configuration.

    To exit the Restriction Class Maintenance 
    screen, type q to select the Quit command 
    and press Enter.The Maintenance Options menu

    Add an RSC Schedule
    Use the Add command on the Restriction Class Maintenance screen to construct a 
    schedule by which the outgoing calling restrictions on the member extensions of a 
    designated RSC Group are regularly changed.

    General ProcessOnce the RSC Group is entered, Phone Control allows you to implement the RSC 
    change immediately (now) or according to a previously defined Time Index 
    (index). The Restriction field also allows you to designate the default restriction 
    class or select a new restriction class in the next field (New RSC). If a new RSC is 
    required, the possible options are those that have been set up in the MCS and can 
    be displayed in the New RSC field using the space bar to toggle through scrolled 
    field choices. The default restriction class is the one associated in the MCS with 
    this extension.
    Unique EntriesThe RSC Group value and the Time Index must make up a unique combination.

    RSC Group title displays at the top of the

    Type all or part of the RSC group number 
    and press Enter. To display all of the RSC 
    Group schedules, press Enter on the blank 
    group entry field.All the matching RSC Groups in the

    Using the arrow keys, move the highlight 
    to the desired RSC Group. Press Enter to 
    select the group.The Restriction Class Maintenance screen 
    displays with the selected RSC group 
    entered into the first field. The second field 
    contains the Time Index options index and 
    now. (Figure 6-3)
    Using the space bar, toggle between the 
    Time Index field choices. Press Enter to 
    select index or now.If now is selected: The choice is accepted 
    and the highlighted cursor moves to the 
    next field.
    If index is selected: A Time Index entry 
    field displays at the bottom of the screen, 
    and a highlighted Time Index heading 
    displays at the top of the screen.

    to the desired Time Index. Press Enter to 
    select the Index.The Restriction Class Maintenance screen 
    displays with the selected Time Index 
    entered into the second field. The 
    Restriction field now displays the options

    Note:
    Use Time Index “now” to assign a different RSC class. The change will become 
    effective immediately.Action Result
    Using the space bar, position the highlight 
    on the desired entry and press Enter to 
    accept it.If Default is selected: The choice is 
    accepted, the New RSC field is bypassed, 
    and the message Do you want to insert 
    this? (Y/N) displays. Type Y and press 
    Enter to save this schedule, or type N and 
    press Enter to cancel it.
    If RSC is selected: The highlight moves to 
    the New RSC field and displays one of the 
    several options available in this field.
    Using the space bar, toggle through the 
    options available in the New RSC field and 
    press Enter to accept the desired option.The message Do you want to insert this? 
    (Y/N) displays.
     
    Ty p e  Y and press Enter to accept this 
    schedule, or type N and press Enter to 
    cancel it.The fields are cleared, and the cursor is 
    positioned on the command line.

    If a record already exists for this 
    group and time, an informational 
    message displays. Press Enter

    Delete an RSC Schedule 
    Use the Delete command on the Restriction Class Maintenance screen to remove 
    an RSC schedule from the system.

    the database display.
    Use the arrow keys to move the highlight 
    up or down to place it on the group 
    schedule to be deleted and press Enter.The Restriction Class Maintenance screen 
    displays with the selected RSC group, its 
    Time Index, and its Destination entered to 
    the fields. The message Do you want to

    Modify an RSC Schedule
    Use the Modify command on the Restriction Class Maintenance screen to change 
    the restriction in an existing RSC schedule. Note that an RSC change with a Time 
    Index of now is not subject to modification. Only scheduled RSC changes can be 
    modified.

    ChangedThe RSC Group and Time Index value cannot be changed through this option. 
    Changes made to the Restriction and New RSC fields are implemented with the 
    indicated RSC Group as soon as this option is exited and the changes are saved.

    all RSC Group Schedules press Enter on 
    the blank entry field.The indicated RSC group schedules are 
    listed under the highlighted headings.
    Use the arrow keys to move the highlight 
    up or down to place it on the group 
    schedule to be modified and press Enter.The Restriction Class Maintenance screen 
    displays with its current restriction 
    highlighted.
    Use the space bar to toggle to the desired 
    restriction and press Enter to accept the 
    selection.If Default is selected: The choice is 
    accepted, the New RSC field is bypassed, 
    and the cursor is returned to the command 
    line.
    If RSC is selected: The highlight moves to 
    the New RSC field and displays one of the 
    several options available in this field.
    Use the space bar to toggle through the 
    options available in the New RSC field and 
    press Enter to accept the desired option.The message Do you want to save 
    changes? (Y/N) displays.
