Remove Monitor Stand for Mounting
To prepare the monitor for alternate mounting purposes:
1. Place hands on each side of the monitor and lift up to the highest posit\
ion. Remove the cable cover ( Figure S.1).
2. Disconnect all cables.
3. Place monitor face down on a non-abrasive surface ( Figure S.2).
NOTE: Handle with care when monitor facing down, for avoiding damage to the fr\
ont control buttons.
4. Remove the 4 screws connecting the stand to the monitor ( Figure S.2).

• The signal cable should be completely connected to the display card/comp\
uter.
• The monitor does not support DisplayPort converter signal.
• The display card should be completely seated in its slot.
• Check the Vacation Switch, it should be in the ON position (see page 8).
• Front Power Switch and computer power switch should be in the ON positio\

Using the Auto Brightness function
The brightness of the LCD screen can be set to increase or decrease depe\
nding on the amount of ambient light within the
room. If the room is bright, the monitor becomes correspondingly bright.\
 If the room is dim, then the monitor will dim
accordingly. The purpose of this function is to make the viewing experience more comf\
ortable to the eye in a variety of lighting
