SPECIAL EVENTS
OVERVIEWThe Special Events option on the Administrator Main Menu is used to set up and 
manage Hard Forward and Call Routing on holidays or during special events when 
regularly scheduled patterns do not apply. These “special” arrangements override 
the usual daily patterns that are established through the other options on the Main 
Menu.
