Using the Power Saving Function
When there is no signal input for a period of 5 min. or
more, the power is automatically turned off and standby
status is activated.
1With the FLIP COVER of the remote con-
trol open, press the MENU button to dis-
play the Advanced menu, then use the
cursor $ / % buttons to select “SETUP”.
2When SETUP menu is displayed, use the
cursor { / } keys to select “AU TO
POWER OFF”.
3Use the cursor $ / % keys to set Power
Saving to ON or OFF.

Selecting a Menu Language
Any one of eight different languages can be selected for
menu displays.
1With the FLIP COVER of the remote con-
trol open, press the MENU button to dis-
play the Advanced menu, then use the
cursor $ / % keys to select “OPTION”.
2When OPTION menu is displayed, use the
cursor { / } keys to select “LAN-
GUAGE”, then press the ENTER button.
3Use the cursor { / } keys to select one
of the following languages.
English
German
French
Italian
Swedish
Spanish

The rated lamp life is about 1,000 hours. The rated lamp life is the average
life of the lamps produced and tested (under the test conditions of our
company) for a  long term, however, it may become shorter depending on
the conditions of usage.
After the lamp has been operating for 1000 hours or longer, the STATUS
indicator on the control panel will light and the “LAMP USAGE” icon
which shows hours of total lamp usage will be displayed on the screen.
