During installation, maintenance and repair work, the appliance must be disconnected from the mains electricity supply. If using alcohol in your recipes, high temperatures can cause the alcohol to vaporise and even to ignite on the hot heating elements. Do not push pots and pans around on the oven floor, as this could damage the surface. Do not lean or sit on an open oven door, or place heavy items on it.
