2Click Add button.
3Enter the machine name in Name field.
4Select the machine from Model field.
5Enter the machine address in Scanner Address field.
NOTE: When the machine address is unknown, contact Administrator.
6Select Inch or Metric.
7Click User Authentication Settings button. If user login administration is 
invalid, go to Step 9.

8Select the checkbox beside Authentication, enter Login User Name (up 
to 64 characters) and Password (up to 64 characters) and then click OK 
button.
9Click OK button.
10The machine is added to PC and the machine name and model name are 
displayed in Scanner List field.
NOTE: Click Delete button to delete the added machine. Click Edit 
button to change names. 
Scanning document data
Scan the document data stored in the Custom Box of the machine.

3Select Custom Box storing the document data to be scanned from Box 
List  field. Enter the box password and then click  OK. If the box has no 
password, leave the box password in blank and then click  OK. The 
document data in Cu stom Box appears in  Document List field.
4Set how to display th e document data. Click  Setting button to select each 
item.

5Click OK button.
6Select the document data to be scanned from Document List files.
Enter the document data name in Search [Name] field to find the data 
having the same document data name or the same beginning of the 
document data name.

7Click Detail button to display the selected document data. When the 
document data includes multiple pages, select the checkbox beside the 
pages you want to scan. The selected pages will be scanned.
8Click Acquire button. The document data is scanned.

Specifying Destination
When specifying destination, choose from the address book or use the 
one-touch keys.
Choosing from Address Book
Select the destination registered in the address book.
1In the basic screen
