Print Fonts List
To help you decide in selecting a font, you can printout lists of the 
internal fonts or the optional fonts.
1Press Z while  Report Print >  is displayed.
2Press U or  V repeatedly until  >Print Fonts List  appears.
3Press [OK]. A question mark ( ?) appears.
4Press  [OK] again. The message  Processing appears and the 
printer prints a list of fonts with a sample and font ID (number) for 
each of them.

Print Mem. Card File List
This allows you to print a list of the files on a CompactFlash (memory) 
card.
1Press Z while  Report Print >  is displayed.
2Press U or  V repeatedly until  >Print Mem. Card File List  
appears.
3Press  [OK]. A question mark ( ?) appears.
4Press  [OK] again. The message  Processing appears and the 
printer prints a list of files stored in a CompactFlash card.

USB Memory (USB flash memory selection)
This specifies the settings for removing the USB flash memory and 
printing USB flash memory content.
The options available in USB flash memory are as follows:
• Print File (Printing a file)
• Copies (Number of copies)
• Paper Source (Selecting the paper feed source)
• Remove Device (Removing the USB flash memory)
• Print File List (Printing a list of the files on a USB flash memory)

Copies (Number of copies)
Sets the number of copies printed of the specified file in USB flash 
memory.
1While Copies  in step 5 above is displayed, press  U and  V or  Y 
and  Z to display the number of copies. (E.g.:  10)
2Press  [OK]. Paper Source  and a question mark ( ?) appears.
Paper Source (Selecting the paper feed source)
Sets the paper used for printing the specified file in USB flash memory.

Job Box
Job box implements the Job Retention function and Job Storage function 
that are available from the printer driver. The settings are specified from 
the printer driver. Refer to KX Printer Driver User Guide  for the driver 
settings.
In either job mode, when printing a document, the print data is 
transferred from the computer to the printer then stored on the printer’s 
hard disk. Since copies of the document are printed using the stored

Job Storage
Job storage stores print jobs either temporarily or permanently, as you 
click an appropriate radio button on the printer driver when printing from 
a computer.
There are two types of code job:
• Permanent (permanently saved) code jobs
• Temporary (temporarily saved) code jobs
If there is insufficient space on the hard disk, existing temporary code jobs 
are deleted, starting from the oldest files. Permanent jobs are not 
automatically deleted in this way. To...

Printing Additional Copies using Quick Copy
1Press Z while  Job Box >  is displayed.

Private/Stored (Printing a Private Print/Stored Job)
In private printing, you can specify that a job is not printed until you 
release the job from the operation panel. When sending the job from the 
application software, specify a 4-digit access code in the printer driver. 
The job is released for printing by entering the access code on the 
operation panel ensuring confidentiality of the print job.
In the stored job mode, access codes are not mandatory, but can be set
