69 Operating other manufacturers’ video equipment By changing the remote control signals from preset ones to the other manufacturers’, you can use the remote control supplied for this system to operate other manufacturers’ VCRs, CATV converters, DBS tuners, and TVs. General Notes In general, you will have the best performance by keeping your discs, and the mechanism clean. • Store discs in their cases, and keep them in cabinets or on shelves.
