When the unit is not working properly
Resetting this Unit1 Open the terminal cover.

Unable to charge the battery.
When the battery pack is fully charged, the lamp does not light up.
Be sure to charge using the supplied AC adapter. Malfunction in the unit that
occurred due to the use of an AC adapter other than the one provided is not included in the warranty.
Check the connection, then disconnect and reconnect the charging adapter
cable.

Recording cannot be performed.

Sound or video is interrupted.
Sometimes playback is interrupted at the connecting section between two
scenes. This is not a malfunction.
There is no sound.
When the Silent mode is used, operation sounds will not be output. Turn off

functions may not work properly.
