To copy and paste a file or folder to another location:
1Press the Source button on either the remote or keypad.
2Navigate to LightCast and press the Select button on the remote or keypad.
3Navigate to the Local or USB directory tab that contains the item you wish to 
copy.
4Navigate to More and press Select.
5Navigate to Copy and press Select. 
6Navigate to the item you wish to copy and press Select. A green checkmark 
appears next to the selected item.

Using Network Features
Manage the projector from a computer using a web browser when the computer 
and the projector are properly connected to the same local area network.

Email Notifications
The projector can send email notifications for a failed lamp/fan or over 
temperature condition. To configure click Email Notification in the top menu:

Cleaning the lens
1Apply a non-abrasive camera lens cleaner to a soft, dry cloth.
•Projector must be off and the lens must be at room temperature.
• Av

oid using an excessive amount of cleaner, and don’t apply the cleaner 
directly to the lens. Abrasive cleaners, solvents or other harsh chemicals 
might scratch the lens.
2Lightly wipe the cleaning cloth over the lens in a circular motion.

Replacing the projection lamp
The Lamp Hours timer in the Projector Info menu counts the number of hours the 
lamp has been in use.

If your projector is BLACK, follow these instructions:
1
Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord.
2Wait 60 minutes to allow the projector to cool thoroughly. 
3Remove the lamp door, located on top of the projector, by removing the screw 
on the side of the lamp door, sliding th e door right, and lifting the lamp door 
off.
4Loosen the captive screws that attach the lamp housing to the projector.   
NOTE: If the projector is installed on a ceiling mount, be careful not to drop
