    							11 OSD operationsIn this manual, the OSD Menu maybe changed and different from your real TV’s screen shown
    without further notice. Because this manual is just a sample to help you how to operate TV menu
    setting.
    PICTURE SETTING
    Press the MENU button on the remote control to select PICTURE SETTINGS MENU displayed on the
    screen a s below:
    xPicture Mode
    Pressor button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or button to select available
    picture effect: Standard/Personal/Movie/Sport/Mild/Game.
    xContrast
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to adjust.
    xBrightness
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to adjust.
    xColour
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to adjust colour
    saturation.
    Note:This item is invalid in VGA PC mode, and it will be shown in gray.
    xTint
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to adjust the tone of
    color when your system is in NTSC.
    xSharpness
    Pressor button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or button to select available
    sha rpness effect.
    xColour Temperature
    Pressor button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or button to select available
    temperature effect.
    Note:This item is valid in VGA PC mode only.
    xDNR
    Pressor button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or button to select the DNR
    (Digital Noise Reduction) effect for reducing the video noise level between :Off/Low/Mid/High, if the
    broadcast signal received is weak.
    After setting press the MENU button to return to the root menu or exit menu setting.

    							12 SOUND SETTING
    Press the MENU button on the remote control to select SOUND SETTINGS MENU displayed on the screen
    as below:

    Pressor button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or button to select available
    volume effect.
    xSound Mode
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to select sound effect:
    Personal/Voice/Music/Thea tre.
    xBass
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to decr ease or incr ease
    the level of lower pitched sounds.
    xTreble
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to decr ease or incr ease
    the level of higher pitched sounds.
    xBalance
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to adjust output between
    left and right speaker.
    After setting press the MENU button to return to the root menu or exit menu setting.
    TV TUNING SETUP(FOR ANALOGUE TV SIGNAL SOURCE ONLY)
    Based on analogue TV signal, press the MENU button on the remote control to select TUNING SETTINGS
    MENU displayed on the screen as below:

    xAuto Tuning
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use  button to ent er int o auto tuning menu.
    Then press ENTER button to start auto tuning.

    xSound System
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to select a corresponding
    sound system.
    xColour System
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to select a corresponding
    colour system.
    xProgram Label
    This it em allows you to na me a cha nnel, or rename the program that you na med also. In t his it em, you could
    move white cursor by or  button, and input available character byor button.
    Note:
    If you would delete the character, you have to press or  button until the current cursor disappear.
    xAFT
    This item allows you to fine tune channel selected due to weak or wrong antenna configuration, some of the
    channels may not be turned to the best reception. Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item,
    then use or  button to select AFT (Auto Fine Tune): On/Off.
    xManual Search
    This item allows you to select preset channel’s frequency one by one by or button.
    xProgram Edit.
    This item allows you to sort TV programs according to your preferences.
    Pressor button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use button to ent er int o program edit
    menu.
    A mark      displayed on item, means it is playing current channel’s program.
    -Favorite
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to selected program channel, And pr ess green button, a mark
    will display on the current item, it means you have selected favorite program; Pressgreen button again, the
    mark       will disappear, it means you cancel current favorite program selection.
    -Skip
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to selected program channel, And press yellow button, a mark
    will display on the current item, it means the current program will be skipped and could not be searched;
    Pressyellow button again, the mark     will disappear, it means you cancel skip program selection.
    -Lock
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to selected program channel, And press blue button, a mark
    will display on the current item, it means the current program will be locked and could not be watched; Press
    blue button again, the mark      will disappear, it means you cancel lock program selection.

    							14 -Move
    This function allows you change the program of channels in the list:
    Press or  button firstly to move cursor to selected current program channel 1. And press  button to
    confirm.
    Then press or  button firstly to move cursor to target program channel 2. And press  button to
    confirm.
    After setting press the MENU button to return to the root menu or exit menu setting.
    TIME SETTING
    Press the MENU button on the remote control to select TIMER setting menu displayed on the screen as
    below:
    xSleep Timer
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to select sleep time to let
    unit to go in standby state automatically.
    xOSD Timer
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to select OSD menu
    display last time.
    After setting press the MENU button to return to the root menu or exit menu setting.
    FUNCTION SETTING
    Press the MENU button on the remote control to select FUNCTION SETTINGS MENU displayed on the
    screen a s below:

    menu language.
    xVideo Size
    Pressor button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or button to select the best
    available LCD screen display aspect size which corresponds to your viewing requirements.
    Note:This ava ilable a spect size may be different in difference input source.
    xBlue Screen
    Pressor button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or button to select On/Off.
    Selecting On, it means the screen background colour could be in blue if there is no or weak signal.

    -Key Lock
    This item allows you to lock the button or key on the unit, so that a child could not change accidentally your
    viewing prefer enc es. Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to
    select On/Off.
    -Change PIN Code
    Enter the original old password:4711 by numeric button firstly, then enter the new password that you want
    to set. And at last press the ENTER button again to confirm the new password that you have set.
    xFirst Time Installation

    Installation menu, as followed:
    -Country
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to select corresponding
    country.
    -Language
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use or  button to select corresponding
    language.
    -Delete Analog Program
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this it em, then pr ess ENTER button, and a mark will
    display on this item, means you have select this item operation; And press ENTER button again, the
    markwill disappear, means you cancel this item operation.
    -Analog Program Search
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this it em, then pr ess ENTER button, and a mark will
    display on this item, means you have select this item operation. And pressENTER button again, the
    markwill disappear, means you cancel this item operation. After above items selection, please use or and or  button to move the cursor to OK or Cancel item. And press ENTER button to
    confirm or cancel this menu selection
    xReset
    Pressor  button firstly to move cursor to this item, then use  button to enter into reset setting to the
    factory default.
    After setting press theMENU button to return to the root menu or exit menu setting. 
    						
    							16 TroubleshootingBefore calling a technician, please check the following items to see whether you can easily diagnose and fix
    the encountered symptoms on your own.

    Moving ripples across the screen are caused by nearby transmitting or receiving short-wave radio
    equipment.
    xDIATHERMY
    Herringbone pattern and partial picture loss can result from the operation of diathermy equipment from
    a nearby doctors surgery or hospital.
    xSNOW
    Weak TV signals from long distant stations result in an instead picture and give the effect of falling
    snow. An antenna adjustment or antenna amplifier may be needed.
    xGHOST
    Multiple image, caused by TV signals reflected back from surrounding buildings, hills, aircraft, etc. is
    minimized by correct aerial positioning.
    xCAR IGNITION
    Nearby cars and electrical motors can cause small streaks across the picture or make the picture roll.
