Canceling a print job You can cancel a print job using one of the following ways. ▲ Control panel: Press (Cancel button). This will clear the job that the printer is currently processing. It does not affect jobs waiting to be processed. ▲Windows: Double-click the printer icon that appears in the lower right corner of the computer screen. Printing on both sides (duplexing) You can print on both sides of a sheet of media, either automatically by using the optional automatic two-sided printing accessory (duplex unit), or manually by turning the media over and feeding it into the printer again.
