5.Restart the print spooler.
To restart the print spooler

. Depending upon your operating system, do one of the following:
Windows 7

From the Windows  Start menu, click  Control Panel , System and Security , and then Administrative Tools .
• Double-click  Services.
• Right-click the  Print Spooler, and then click  Properties.
• On the  General  tab, next to  Startup type , make sure that  Automatic is selected.

Prepare the trays
Open output tray

Close cartridge door

Printer failure
Resolve printer failure.

Ink cartridge problem
First try removing and reinserting the car...

Wait for the print carriage to move to the center of the product.
3. Remove the cartridge indicated in the error message.
4.Hold the ink cartridge by its sides with 
the bottom pointing up and locate the electr ical contacts on the ink cartridge. The
electrical contacts are four  small rectangles of copper or gold-colored metal on the bottom of the ink cartridge.
5.Wipe only the contacts with
 a dry swab or lint-free cloth.
CAUTION:Be careful to touch only the contac ts, and do not smear any of the ink...

9.Close the access door, and check if
 the error message has gone away.
10. If you still receive the err
or message, turn the product off, and then on again.
