    Print a project
    This section demonstrates how to print a project from Autodesk Design Review, AutoCAD and the
    printers Embedded Web Server.
    Using Autodesk Design Review
    1.In Autodesk Design Review, select File > Batch printing wizard.
    2.Press the Next button.

    							3.Select the files or folders that you want to print, select Use HP Instant Printing, and click Next.
    4.Select your printer and paper size, then click OK.
    Using Windows Explorer to print Autodesk Design Review files
    1.Highlight in Windows Explorer the files you want to print. Right-click on the group of files and
    select Use HP Instant Printing.
    2.Select your printer and paper size, then click OK.

    							Using AutoCAD
    1.The AutoCAD window shows the Model tab followed by a tab for each layout. Normally one of the
    layouts is printed rather than the model.
    2.Select File > Plot.
    3.You can see further options by pressing the circular button in the lower right corner of the window.
    NOTE:The Quality option here does not refer to the final print quality but to the quality of AutoCAD
    viewport objects that are sent for printing.

    9.If you intend to print on roll paper, you must decide where the printer should cut the paper. Press
    the Margins/Layout button.

    							11.Select the Features tab, then select the Autorotate and Crop lines options. Autorotation can help
    to avoid wasting paper, and the crop lines will show you where to cut the paper after printing.
    12.Press the OK button and save your configuration changes to a PC3 file.
    13.When you have pressed the OK button, the printer will construct a print preview.

    							Using the Embedded Web Server to submit files
    From the HP Printer Utility or the Embedded Web Server, select Job Center > Submit Job. You will
    see the window below.
    Press the Add files button to choose the files from your computer that you want to print. The files must
    be in one of the following formats:
    ●PDF (HP Designjet T1120ps only)
    ●PostScript (HP Designjet T1120ps only)
    ●TIFF (HP Designjet T1120ps only)
    ●JPEG (HP Designjet T1120ps only)
    ●HP-GL/2
    ●RTL
    ●CALS/G4
    NOTE:When you print to a file, the file should be in one of the above formats, but its name may have
    an extension such as .plt or .prn.
    If the files are not in one of these formats, they will not be printed successfully.
    If the jobs have been generated with the appropriate settings (such as page size, rotation, resizing and
    number of copies), you can just press the Print button and the project will be sent to the printer.
    If you need to specify printing settings, go to the Job settings section and select the options you need.
    Each option has explanatory text on the right, so that you can understand the behavior of each setting.
    Remember that, if you leave the setting as Default, the setting saved in the job will be used. If the job
    contains no setting, the setting in the printer will be used.
    Using printer emulation
    Printer emulation can be requested by selecting Advanced settings > Color > Color management
    > Printer emulation.
    You can select Off (no printer emulation) or the name of the printer model that you want to emulate.
    This setting will apply to jobs that do not contain any printer emulation setting saved in the job.
    Using clip contents by margins
    You can select this margins option from Advanced settings > Paper > Layout/Margins > Print with
    margins > Layout > Clip contents by margins.

    							Use this option when the contents to be printed have white borders and a size equal to that of the paper
    you have selected. The printer will use the white border for its margins and you will get a page of size
    equal to that which is selected in the driver.
    Print a presentation
    This section demonstrates how to print a presentation from AutoCAD and from Photoshop.
    Using AutoCAD
    1.Open the AutoCAD file.
    2.Select Print from Layout.
    3.Select File > Plot.
    4.Ensure that the correct printer is selected, then press the Properties button.
