B. Limitations of warranty 1. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, NEITHER HP NOR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE HP PRODUCTS, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Regulatory Model Number for your product is BCLAA-0301, BCLAA- 0302 and BCLAA-0408, depending of your product size. This regulatory number should not be confused with the marketing name (such as HP Designjet printer) or product numbers (such as Z####X where Z and X are any single letter and # is any number).
