Sorting is available in applications that have list screens: Address, To Do List, Memo Pad, and Expense. Note: You can also assign records to categories. Private records remain visible and accessible, however, until you select the Security setting to hide or mask all private records. See “Security” in Chapter 3 for more information. For example, for an appointment in Date Book Plus, you can attach a note with directions to the location. To attach a note to a record: 1. Display the entry to which you want to add a note. 2. Scheduling an event A record in Date Book is called an “event.” An event can be any kind of activity that you associate with a day. You can enter a new event on any of the available time lines.
