Page 82 Application-Specific Tasks Date Book Plus When you open Date Book Plus, the screen shows the current date and a list of times for a normal business day. Working in Day View Day View shows an hourly calendar for a particular date. If there are events scheduled on that date, they appear in the appropriate time slot. These are referred to as “untimed events.” Untimed events appear at the top of the list of times, marked with a diamond. You can have more than one untimed event on a particular date. You can set an alarm to sound minutes, hours, or days before an event. The default Alarm setting is 5 minutes before the time of the event, but you can change this to any number of minutes, hours, or days.
