Sorting is available in applications that have list screens: Contacts, To Do List, Memo Pad, and Expense. Note: You can also assign records to categories. See page 65 for details. Private records remain visible and accessible until you select the Security setting to hide or mask all private records. See the section that begins on page 47 for details.
