9 PREPARATION AND GRILL SET-UP Before First Use 1. Remove grill from carton and discard all the packaging. Make sure there \ are no loose parts. 10 STEP 4. Lift reversible plate and remove any loose parts stored inside. Lay reg\ ulator assembly aside for a future step. Always ensure the pegs on the undersid\ e of the grill plate are inserted into the locating holes in the front corners of the grill (FIG 7a-b).
