18 Using Silent Alarms Alta HR can gently vibrate to wake or alert you with a silent alarm. You can set up to eight alarms to recur every day or on particular days of the week only. 22 Updating your Fitbit Alta HR We occasionally make free feature enhancements and product improvements available through firmware updates. We recommend keeping your Alta HR up to date. When a firmware update is available you’ll see a notification in the Fitbit app prompting you to update.
