with finish or bluing can damage the gun’s finish. Be sure to wipe away all
excess solvent and then
lubricate with oil.

TUCKED INTO A WAISTBAND OR BELT, OR OTHER INFORMAL MEANS.
Holsters create some normal wear on any handgun and usually cause some of
the blueing to wear off. This does not hurt the function of the revolver.
