Press thepower button onthe projector orthe remote controltoturn onthe projector. The projector beepsandthepower lightflashes greenasthe projector warmsup.After about five seconds, thepower lightstops flashing andturns green. Warning: Neverlookintotheprojector lenswhen thelamp ison. This candamage youreyes andis especially dangerous forchildren. If you donot see aprojected imagerightaway, trythe following: • Verify thelens cover isopen allthe way. • Turn onthe connected computerorvideo device. 45
• Insert aDVD orother video media, andpress theplay button (ifnecessary). • Press theSource Searchbuttononthe projector orremote controltodetect thevideo source. Viewing 3DImages You canview 3Dimages usingyourprojector. 1. Connect a3D-compatible videodevice tothe projector usingacompatible HDMIcable. 2. Turn onthe video device, thenturnonthe projector. 3. Begin playback fromthevideo device. Note: Makesureyousetthe video device toplay content in3D mode. 4. Press the2D/3D buttononthe remote controltoactivate 3Dmode, ifnecessary. 5. Slide thepower switch onthe 3Dglasses tothe Onposition. 6. Putonthe 3Dglasses. Ifyou donot see a3D image, pairtheglasses withtheprojector.
