Clean the lens whenever you notice dirt or dust on the 
surface. Lightly wipe the lens surface with a soft, dry, lint-free 
cloth.

Cleaning the Air Filter 
Clean the air filter at the top of the projector after every 100 
hours of use. If it is not cleaned periodically, it can become 
clogged with dust, preventing proper ventilation. This can 
cause overheating and damage the projector. To clean the air 
filter, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the projector and unplug the power cable.
2. Stand the projector with the lens at the top.

Replacing the Lamp 
Replace the lamp when:
•The projected image gets darker or starts to deteriorate.
•The projection lamp indicator is flashing orange .
•The message “LAMP REPLACE” appears on the screen 
when the projector lamp comes on.

 To keep the initial brightness and image quality, replace 
the lamp as soon as possible when the message appears on the 
screen. The replacement message is set to being displayed at about

2. Remove the lamp cover after the unit is cool. It will 
normally take about an hour to completely cool down. 
Loosen a lamp cover-mounting screw with the screwdriver 
provided with the spare lamp, then remove.
3. Loosen two mounting screws for the lamp with the same 
screwdriver, and pull out the lamp using the handle.
4. Mount new lamp. Check that the lamp orientation is

unplug it. Then plug the power cord back in and turn on the 
projector. If this does not solve the problem, check the 
warning lights at the top of the projector. These lights alert
