Connecting External Speakers
You can output sound from the projector to external speakers with a 
built-in amplifier. 
1. Locate the appropriate cable to connect your speakers.Depending on your speakers, you  may be able to use a standard 
audio cable with a stereo mini-jack connector on one end and pin 
jacks on the other end. For some speakers, you may need a special 
cable or adapter.

Using the Projector on a 
Network
If you connect your projector to a network, you can monitor it 
through the network. 
You can use EMP Monitor (available for Windows only) to monitor 
and control your projector through  the network. For information on

Connecting to a Wired Network
With a shielded, Category-5 Ethernet cable, you can connect the 
projector to your network and configure it with an IP address. 
1. Connect the projector to your network using a commercially available 100BaseTX or 10BaseT network cable. Connect the 
cable to the 
LAN port on the projector as shown. 
2. Connect the other end to your Ethernet hub or router.
3. Point the remote control at the projector and press the  Ppower 
button.

Network menu, then press Enter.

Network Configuration and press Enter.

Using Projector E-mail Alerts
When this feature is enabled, the projector sends you an e-mail alert if 
it has any problems.
