Layout Manager -Windows Only
 Layout
Manager letsyou create aposter ordisplay bydragging multiplepiecesofprint data created in
 different
applications ontoonesheet ofpaper forprinting.

Open thefileyou want toprint inyour application.

Select theprint command inyour application.

Select Layout Manager onthe Main taband choose anoption forthe Size setting thatmatches the
 size
ofthe document inthe application.
 Note:
Youselect thesize ofthe paper youareprinting oninalater step.

Click OKand then clickPrint ,if necessary.
 The
Layout Manager screenopensanddisplays onepage inthe layout.
 5.
Leave theLayout Manager screenopenandrepeat steps1to 4to arrange additional printdata. The
 pages
areadded tothe Layout Manager screen.

Dothe following toarrange objectsonthe Layout Manager screen:

Drag pages tomove andresize them.
 •
Use thetool buttons andtheObject menutoalign androtate pages.
 •
Resize andreplace wholepages inthe Preference orArrangement Settingsscreens.

Click File>Properties ,then select yourprintsettings onthe Main tab.

Selecting
PrintLayout Options -Windows
 You
canselect avariety ofsizing andlayout options foryour document orphoto onthe Page Layout tab.

To change theorientation ofyour printed document orphoto, selectthePortrait orLandscape
 checkbox.

To rotate orflip the printed image,selecttheRotate 180°or Mirror Imagecheckbox.
 •
To select multiple copiesandtheir printorder, selecttheCopies ,Collate ,and Reverse Order
 options.

To change thesize ofyour printed document orphoto, selecttheReduce/Enlarge checkboxand
 select
sizingoptions.

To print multiple pagesonone sheet ofpaper, orprint oneimage onmultiple sheetsofpaper, select

To print onboth sides ofyour paper, selecttheDouble-Sided Printingoptions.
