    Installoneshoulderbolt,washer,andonenutforeach 
    wheelusingbolthalesprovidedinthewheelbracket.The 
    shoulderboltwillinstallfromtheoutsideofthewheel 
    throughthetopholeinthewheelbracket.Tightensecurely 
    withthewasherandnutpositionedontheinsideofthewheel 
    bracket. 
    Assembly 
    1.Removeaircompressor,manual,airfilterassembly, 
    andaccessoriesfrompackaging. 
    2.Removetheplasticplugfromthecompressorintake 
    port.(seediagrambelow) 
    3.Installthefilterinthecompressorintakeport.

    4.Removetheoilfillcapfromthecrankcaseandfilluntil 
    theoilreachesthetopofthereddotinthesightglass.

    atminimum,12inchesofspaceoneachside.Theairintake 
    filtershouldbefreeofanydebrisorobstructions.Check 
    theairfilteronadailybasistobesureitiscleanandin 
    workingorder. 
    GroundingInstructions 
    Thisproductmustbegrounded.Intheeventofanelectrical 
    shortcircuit,groundingreducesthedskofelectricshock 
    byprovidinganescaperoutefortheelectriccurrent. 
    Thisproductisequippedwithacordhavingagrounding

    7.TurntheAuto-OnfOfllevertotheOn-Autopositionand 
    thecompressorwillstartandbuildairpressureinthe 
    tanktocut-outpressureandthenshutoffautomatically. 
    8.AdjusttheregulatortoaPSisettingthatisneededfor 
    yourapplicationandbesureitiswithinthesafety 
    standardsrequiredtoperformthetask.Ifusinga 
    pneumatictool,themanufacturershouldhave 
    recommendationsinthemanualforthatparticular 
    toolonoperatingPSIsettings. 
    9.Theaircompressorisnowreadyforuse.Thefollowing 
    inflationandcleaningaccessoriespackagedwiththis 
    unitshouldonlybeoperatedatmaximumpressure 
    of90PSI:blowgun,rubber-taperednozzle,inflation

    thetank,alwaysuseearandeyeprotection,Drainthe 
    tankinasuitablelocation;condensationwillbepresent 
    inmostcasesofdraining. 
    5.Openthedrainvalveallowingairtobleedfromthe 
    tankAfteralloftheairhasbledfromthetank,close 
    thedrainvalvetopreventdebrisbuildupinthevalve, Whendrainingthetank,alwaysuseearandeyeprotection. 
    Drainthetankinasuitablelocation;condensationwillbe 
    presentinmostcasesofdraining. 
    Waterthatremainsinthetankduringstoragewillcorrode 
    andweakentheairtankwhichcouldcausethetankto 
    rupture.Toavoidseriousinjury,besuretodrainthetank 
    aftereachuseordaily.

    PROBLEM 
    Airleaksatthecheckvalve 
    oratthepressurereliefvaive, POSSIBLECORRECTION 
    Adefectivecheckvalveresultsinaconstantairleakatthepressurereliefvalve 
    whenthereispressureinthetankandthecompressorisshutoff.Drainthetank, 
    thenremoveandcleanorreplacethecheckvalve. 
    AirleaksbetweenheadandBesureofpropertorqueonheadbolts,ifleakremains,contactaservicetechnician.

    Airleakfromsafetyvalve.Operatethesafetyvalvemanuallybypullingonthering.Ifthevalvecontinuesto 
    leakwhenintheclosedposition,itshouldbereplaced.

    Excessivetankpressure.MovetheAuto-On/OfflevertotheOffposition.Ittheunitdoesntshutoff,unplugit 
    fromthepowersourceandcontactaservicetechnician. 
    Motorwillnotstart.Makesurepowercordispluggedinandtheswitchison.Inspectforthepropersize 
    fuseinyourcircuitbox.Ifthefusewastripped,resetitandrestarttheunit.If 
    repeatedtrippingoccurs,replacethecheckvalveorcontactaservicetechnician 
    Excessivemoistureinthe 
    dischargeair. 
    Airleaksfromthetankbody 
    ortankwelds. Removethewaterinthetankbydrainingaftereachuse.Highhumidity 
    environmentswillcauseexcessivecondensation.Utilizewaterfiltersonyourair

    Watercondensationisnotcausedbycompressormalfunction.Besurethe 
    compressorsairoutputisgreaterthanyourtooleairconsumptionrate. 
    Neverddflinto,weldorotherwisemodifytheairtankoritwillweaken.Thetankcan 
    ruptureorexplode.Compressorcannotberepaired.Discontinueuseoftheair
