2.19 Supporting Caller Identification Service You can provide Caller ID information through the RS232 data port B using the Caller ID Interface (product code CID08) and a special equipment-supplied cable. 2.19.1 Setting The Caller ID Parameter Switches The Caller ID device has two banks of parameter switches located on its front panel. You must set the switches of the S2 switch band in a certain manner to enable Caller ID operation.
