3.Attachcottonflannelpatchtoendofcleaningrod,insert~inmuzzle
andpassrodandpatchdownthroughbarrel.Repeat,changingpatches
untillastpatchcomesoutclean.
4.Cleaneachofthesixchambersincylinderwithsimilarmethodto
step3above.
5.Visuallyinspectbarrelandchambers;iftheyareclean,proceeddi-
rectlytostep8,butif~remainsdirty,continuew~step6.

12.Againwipeexternalsurfaceswithoilmoistenedpatchtoremove
anyfingerprints.(Fingermoisture,ifleft,couldstartacorrosion

13.Removeanyguncleaningsolutionandoilfromgrip.
