3.5 REGULĒŠANAS SVIRA, SKATĪT 5. ATTĒLU
1.  No priekšas caur acsskrūvi (F) ievietojiet regulēšanas 
sviru.
2. Ievietojiet ass galu plastmasas iemavā un noregulējiet 
gliemežpārvadu pret sniega izlādes teknes izgriezumu.
3. Uzstādiet paplāksni (Z) un nofiksējiet ar šķelttapu (G).
4. Uzstādiet paplāksni (Z), sviras rokturi (Y) ar skrūvi un 
paplāksni.
3.6 PĀRNESUMU PĀRSLĒGS, SKATĪT 6. 
ATTĒLU
Pārnesumu pārslēga sviru pie pārnesumkārbas ass 
piemontējiet šādi:
1. Novietojiet mašīnu uz gliemežskrūves korpusa un 
ieslēdziet pārnesumu pārslēga sviru (H) pirmajā 
pārnesumā uz priekšu. Skatīt 6. attēlu.
2. Ieskrūvējiet skrūvi (I) caur leņķa savienojumu un asi. 
Pievelciet skrūvi.
3. Pievelciet augšējo skrūvi (T) starp pārnesuma sviru un 
leņķa savienojumu.
4. Pievelciet augšējo skrūvi (U) starp pārnesuma sviru un 
leņķa savienojumu.
5. Ar sešstūra stieņatslēgu pievelciet skrūvi (V), līdz 
pārnesuma svira paneļa plātnē paliek pārnesuma stāvoklī.
6. Nolieciet mašīnu uz riteņiem.
3.7 VADĪBAS TROŠU PĀRBAUDE
Pirms sniega metēja pirmās iedarbināšanas var būt 
nepieciešams noregulēt vadības troses.

3.8 GAISA SPIEDIENS RIEPĀS
Pārbaudiet riepās gaisa spiedienu. Skatīt “6.4”.
4 VADĪBAS IERĪCES
Motors ir aprīkots ar aizsargrežģi. Motoru nevar 
iedarbināt, ja nav uzstādīts režģis, vai ja režģis ir 
bojāts.

4.1 DROSELE (16)
Kontrolē dzinēja apgriezienus. Droseļvārstam ir divi 
stāvokļi:
1. Pilna gāze
2. Tukšgaitas apgriezieni.
4.2 GAISA VĀRSTS (2)
To izmanto, lai iedarbinātu aukstu motoru. Gaisa vārstam ir 
divi stāvokļi:
1. Gaisa vārsts ir atvērts
2. Gaisa vārsts ir aizvērts (lai iedarbinātu aukstu 
motoru)4.3 IZSLĒGŠANAS SLĒDZIS (13)
Izmanto, lai apturētu dzinēju. Slēdzim vārstam ir divi 
stāvokļi:
0– dzinējs tiek apturēts, dzinēju nevar iedarbināt.
1– Dzinēju var iedarbināt, dzinējs darbojas.
4.4 STARTERA ROKTURIS (12)
Rokas auklas starteris ar uztīšanas funkciju.
4.5 EĻĻAS UZPILDES ATVERES AIZBĀZNIS (15)
Eļļas iepildīšanai un dzinēja eļļas līmeņa noteikšanai. 
Eļļas līmenim jābūt līdz atveres apakšai.
4.6 UZPILDES ATVERES VĀCIŅŠ (8)
Benzīna uzpildīšanai. 
4.7 DEGVIELAS KRĀNS (3)
Degvielas krāns atver degvielas padevi uz karburatoru. Ja 
mašīna netiek izmantota, degvielas krānam vienmēr jābūt 
aizvērta,

4.8 EĻĻAS DRENĀŽAS AIZBĀZNIS (14)
Nolietotās eļļas izlaišanai, dzinējam mainot eļļu.
4.9 AIZDEDZES SVECES AIZSARDZĪBA (1)
Aizsargierīci var viegli noņemt ar roku. Aizdedzes svece 
atrodas zem aizsargierīces.
4.10 PĀRNESUMU PĀRSLĒGS (4)
Lai regulētu ātrumu, mašīnai ir 5 pārnesumi kustībai uz 
priekšu un 2 - kustībai atpakaļgaitā. 
Pārnesumu pārslēga sviru nedrīkst pārslēgt, ja 
nav izspiests sajūgs.
4.11 SAJŪGA SVIRA - BRAUKŠANA (6)
Sviru nospiežot pret rokturi, saslēdz riteņus, ja ir 
ieslēgts pārnesums.
Atrodas rokturim labajā pusē.
4.12 SAJŪGA SVIRA - GLIEMEŽSKRŪVE (7)
Ja sviru nospiež pret rokturi, saslēdz gliemežskrūvi 
un ventilatoru. 
Atrodas rokturim kreisajā pusē.
4.13 REGULĒŠANAS SVIRA (5)
Maina sniega izlādes virzienu. 
1. Pagrieziet sviru pulksteņrādītāja virzienā - izlāde 
pagriežas pa labi.
2. Pagrieziet sviru pretēji pulksteņrādītāja virzienam - 
izlāde pagriežas pa kreisi.

4.14 KURPES (11)
Izmanto, lai iestatītu gliemežskrūves korpusa attālumu no 
zemes.
4.15 RITEŅU BLOĶĒTĀJS
Skatīt 7. attēlu. Kreisais ritenis ir uzstādīts uz riteņa ass, 
izmantojot šķelttapu. Šķelttapu var pārslēgt divos stāvokļos: 
A)  Iekšējais stāvoklis – divu riteņu piedziņa. 
B)  Ārējais stāvoklis – viena riteņa piedziņa. Vienkāršo 
mašīnas manevrēšanu, izpildot pagriezienus.
- Izmanto vieglākos apstākļos. 
- Uzglabājot mašīnu.
4.16 TEKNES NOVIRZĪTĀJS (9)
Atskrūvējiet vaļīgāk spārnuzgriežņus un noregulējiet teknes 
novirzītājam piemērotu augstumu.
Zemāk - mazāks izsviešanas attālums. 
Augstu - lielāks izsviešanas attālums.
4.17 TEKNES TĪRĪŠANAS INSTRUMENTS (17)
Teknes tīrīšanas instruments atrodas turētājā uz 
gliemežskrūves korpusa. ja nepieciešams tīrīt izlādes tekni 
vai gliemežskrūvi, vienmēr jāizmanto teknes tīrīšanas 
instruments.
Pirms tīrīt tekni, vienmēr izslēdziet motoru.
Nekad netīriet sniega izlādes tekni ar roku. Pastāv 
nopietnu savainojumu risks.
5 SNIEGA METĒJA EKSPLUATĀCIJA
5.1 VISPĀRĒJI NOTEIKUMI
Nekad neiedarbiniet dzinēju, ja nav izpildītas visas nodaļā 
MONTĀŽA aprakstītās darbības. 
Nekad nestrādājiet ar sniega metēju, ja neesat 
vispirms izlasījuši un izpratuši instrukcijas un 
visas mašīnai piestiprinātās brīdinājumu un 
instrukciju uzlīmes. 
Strādājot un veicot apkopi, vienmēr izmantojiet 
aizsargbrilles vai sejsargu.
5.2 PIRMS SĀKT DARBU
Pirms darbināt, iepildiet dzinējā eļļu. 
Nedarbiniet dzinēju, kamēr nav iepildīta eļļa. 
Darbinot dzinēju bez eļļas, to var nopietni sabojāt.
1. Noveidojiet mašīnu uz horizontālas virsmas.
2. Atskrūvējiet vaļīgāk eļļas uzpildes atveres aizbāzni (F) 
un iepildiet eļļu līdz eļļas uzpildes atveres apakšējai 
malai (8. attēls).
3. Izmantojiet eļļu SAE 5W30-10W40 atbilstoši A.P.I 
apkopei SF, SG vai SH. 
4. Kloķa apvalka tilpums: 0,6 litri.
5. Ieskrūvējiet vietā eļļas uzpildes atveres aizbāzni (F).
Pirms lietošanas vienmēr pārbaudiet eļļas līmeni.  Veicot 
pārbaudi, sniega metējam jāatrodas uz horizontālas 
virsmas.5.3 BENZĪNA UZPILDE
Vi e n mēr izmantojiet bezsvina benzīnu. Aizliegts izmantot 
divtaktu motoriem paredzēto benzīna un eļļas maisījumu.
PIEZĪME! Atcerieties, ka parastais neetilētais benzīnu ātri 
bojājas. Nepērciet vairāk benzīna kā varat izlietot 30 dienu 
laikā.
Vēlams izmantot videi draudzīgu benzīnu, proti, alkilāta 
benzīnu. Šis benzīna sastāvs ir mazāk kaitīgs cilvēkiem un 
videi.
Benzīns ir ļoti viegli uzliesmojošs šķidrums.  
Degvielu vienmēr uzglabājiet šīm nolūkam 
speciāli paredzētās tvertnēs. 
Benzīnu uzglabājiet vēsā un labi vēdināmā vietā, 
bet ne mājā. Benzīnu uzglabājiet bērniem 
nepieejamā vietā.
Benzīnu iepildiet vai papildiniet tikai ārpus 
telpām; nekad nesmēķējiet, uzpildot benzīnu. 
Benzīnu iepildiet, pirms tiek iedarbināts motors. 
Nekad neņemiet nost piltuves vāciņu un 
neiepildiet benzīnu, kad motors darbojas vai vēl 
joprojām ir sakarsis.
Degvielas tvertni nepiepildiet līdz pašai augšai. Pēc 
uzpildīšanas cieši aizskrūvējiet uzpildes atveres vāciņu un 
noslaukiet izlijušo benzīnu. 
5.4 DZINĒJA IEDARBINĀŠANA, SKATĪT 1. 
ATTĒLU
Neaiztieciet dzinēja daļas, jo, dzinējam 
darbojoties, tās sakarst un ir karstas vēl 30 
minūtes pēc darba. Apdegumu risks.
Nekad nedarbiniet mašīnu telpās. Izplūdes gāzes 
satur ļoti indīgo tvana gāzi.
1. Pārliecinieties, ka braukšanas (6) un gliemežskrūves (7) 
sajūgu sviras ir izslēgtas.
2. Atveriet benzīna krānu (3).
3. Pārslēdziet izslēgšanas slēdzi (13) stāvoklī (1).
4.  Pagrieziet gaisa vārstu (3) līdz stāvoklim . Piezīme: Ja 
dzinējs ir silts, gaisa vārsts nav jāizmanto. 
5.  Pavelciet startera auklu, līdz sajūtat vieglu pretestību. Ar 
asu rāvienu iedarbiniet dzinēju.
6. Kad dzinējs sāk darboties, atiestatiet gaisa vārstu, līdz tas 
ir pilnībā atvērts.
5.5 APTURĒŠANA
1.  Atlaidiet abu sajūgu sviras. Piezīme. Ja sniega metējs 
turpina griezties, skatiet tālāk nodaļu VADĪBAS 
TROŠU REGULĒŠANA.
2. Aizveriet benzīna krānu (3).
3. Pārslēdziet izslēgšanas slēdzi (13) stāvoklī (0).
5.6 IEDARBINĀŠANA
1. Iedarbiniet dzinēju, kā aprakstīts iepriekš. Ļaujiet 
dzinējam dažas minūtes darboties, lai tas pirms 
strādāšanas uzsiltu.
2. Noregulējiet izlādes teknes novirzītāju.
3. Pagrieziet regulēšanas sviru un iestatiet novirzītāju tā, lai 
sniegs lidotu pa vējam.
Pārnesumu pārslēga sviru nedrīkst pārslēgt, ja 
nav izspiests sajūgs.
4. Pārslēdziet pārnesuma pārslēgu vajadzīgajā stāvoklī.

5. Nospiediet gliemežskrūves sajūga sviru, lai aktivētu 
gliemežskrūvi un izlādes ventilatoru.
Uzmaniet rotējošo gliemežskrūvi. Netuviniet 
rokas, matus un vaļīgu apģērbu jebkādām 
mašīnas kustīgajām daļām.
6.  Nospiediet lejup gliemežskrūves sviru. Sniega metējs 
atkarībā no izvēlētā pārnesuma tagad pārvietosies uz 
priekšu vai atpakaļ.
5.7 IETEIKUMI PAR BRAUKŠANU
Klusinātājs un tam tuvumā esošās daļas, dzinējam 
darbojoties, stipri sakarst. Apdegumu risks. 
1. Ātrumu vienmēr noregulējiet atbilstoši sniega 
apstākļiem. Noregulējiet ātrumu ar pārnesumu 
pārslēgšanas sviru.
2. Sniegu visefektīvāk var notīrīt tūlīt pēc snigšanas.
3.  Ja vien iespējams, sniega strūklu vērsiet pa vējam.
4. Noregulējiet kurpes ar skrūvēm (11. poz. 1. attēlā), lai 
piemērotos grunts apstākļiem: 
- Uz līdzena pamata, piem., asfalta, kurpēm jābūt 
aptuveni 3 mm zemāk par skrēpera nazi.
- Uz nelīdzena pamata, piem., grants, kurpēm jābūt 
aptuveni 30 mm zemāk par skrēpera nazi.
Kurpes vienmēr noregulējiet tā, lai sniega metējā 
nenonāktu grants un akmeņi. Ja tie tiek aizsviesti 
ar lielu ātrumu, pastāv savainojumu risks. 
Nodrošiniet, lai kurpes abās pusēs būtu noregulētas 
vienādi.
5. Noregulējiet ātrumu tā, lai sniegs tiktu izpūsts ar 
vienmērīgu straumi.
Ja sniegs iesprūst teknē, nemēģiniet to iztīrīt, ja 
vispirms nav veiktas šādas darbības: 
- Atlaidiet abas sajūga sviras. 
- Apturēts dzinējs. 
- Atvienots startera kabelis no aizdedzes sveces. 
- Nebāziet roku izlādes teknē vai gliemežskrūvē. 
 Izmantojiet piegādes komplektā esošo teknes 
tīrīšanas instrumentu.
6 APKOPE
6.1 APKOPES GRAFIKS
6.2 EĻĻAS NOMAIŅA
Pirmo reizi nomainiet eļļu pēc 2 darba stundām un pēc tam 
ik pēc 50 darba stundām vai arī reizi sezonā. Eļļu mainiet, 
kad dzinējs ir silts.
Dzinēja eļļa, ja to izlaiž tūlīt pēc dzinēja 
noslāpēšanas, var būt ļoti karsta. Pirms izlaist eļļu, 
ļaujiet dzinējam dažas minūtes atdzist.
1. Sasveriet sniega metēju nedaudz pa labi, lai eļļas 
drenāžas aizbāznis (14. poz. 1. att.) būtu dzinēja 
zemākajā punktā.
2. Izskrūvējiet eļļas drenāžas aizbāzni.
3. Ļaujiet eļļai iztecēt tvertnē
4. Ieskrūvējiet atpakaļ eļļas drenāžas aizbāzni.
5.  Iepildiet jauno eļļu: Marku un daudzumu skatiet nodaļā 
PIRMS IEDARBINĀŠANAS. 
6.3 AIZDEDZES SVECE
Aizdedzes sveci pārbaudiet reizi gadā vai ik pēc 100 darba 
stundām.
Ja elektrodi ir apdeguši, notīriet tos vai nomainiet sveci. 
Dzinēja izgatavotājs iesaka: LD F5TC vai līdzvērtīgu.
Pareiza sveces kontaktu atstarpe: 0,7-0,8 mm.
6.4 KARBURATORS
Karburators tiek regulēts rūpnīcā. Ja nepieciešams to regulēt, 
sazinieties ar autorizētu servisa darbnīcu. 
6.5 RIEPU SPIEDIENS
Lai nodrošinātu labāku sniegumu, gaisa spiedienam abās 
riepās jābūt vienādam. Ventiļiem noteikti uzskrūvējiet 
vāciņus, lai nepieļautu gružu iekļūšanu ventiļa stobrā, kad 
riepas ir piepumpētas. 
Ieteicamais gaisa spiediens ir: 1,2 bar.
6.6 EĻĻOŠANA
Aizliegts veikt jebkādas apkopes darbības, ja nav 
izpildīts tālāk minētais: 
- Apturēts dzinējs. 
- Kabelis atvienots no aizdedzes sveces.

6.6.1 Savienojumi
Skatīt 9. att. Savienojumus saeļļojiet ik pēc 10 darba stundām 
un pirms ilgstošas glabāšanas.  Izmantojiet 10W eļļu.

• Gliemežskrūves siksnas spriegošanas svira
6.6.2 Pārnesumkārba
Pārnesumkārbas iekšienē nav jāeļļo nekādas daļas. Visi 
gultņi un iemavas ir saeļļoti kalpošanas laikam un tiem nav 
vajadzīga apkope.
Eļļojot šīs daļas, ziede var nokļūt uz berzes riteņiem un diska 
piedziņas plātnes un sabojāt gumijas berzes riteni.
Novietojot mašīnu ilgstošā glabāšanā, iepriekš minētās daļas 
ir viegli jāsaeļļo, noslaukot tās ar eļļainu lupatu, lai pasargātu 
no rūsēšanas. 
7 APKOPE UN REMONTS
Aizliegts veikt jebkādas apkopes darbības, ja nav 
izpildīts tālāk minētais: 
- Apturēts dzinējs. 
- Startera kabelis atvienots no aizdedzes sveces.
Ja instrukcijas nosaka, ka mašīna ir jāpaceļ aiz 
priekšas un jāatbalsta pret gliemežskrūves korpusu, tad ir 
jāiztukšo degvielas tvertne.
Benzīna tvertni iztukšojiet ārpus telpām, kad 
dzinējs ir auksts. Nesmēķējiet! Iztukšojiet 
benzīnam paredzētā tvertnē.
7.1 TRAUCĒJUMMEKLĒŠANA7.2 SKRĒPERA ASMENS UN KURPJU 
REGULĒŠANA
Skrēpera asmens un kurpes, tos ilgstoši ekspluatējot, nodilst.
Noregulējiet skrēpera asmeni (vienmēr kopā ar kurpēm), līdz 
ir panākts vēlamais attālums no zemes.
Skrēpera nazis un kurpes ir abpusēji, tādēļ var izmantot abas 
tā puses.

7.3 VISPĀRĒJI NORĀDĪJUMI PAR PIEDZIŅAS 
SIKSNĀM.
Piedziņas siksnas jāpārbauda un, ja nepieciešams, jāregulē 
pirmo reiz pēc 2-4 darba stundām, tad - katras sezonas vidū. 
Pēc tam tās jāpārbauda divreiz gadā.
Šīs siksnas ir speciāli izstrādātas šai mašīnai. Tās jānomaina 
ar jaunām oriģinālām siksnām, kuras var iegādāties pie jūsu 
mazumtirgotāja vai autorizētā servisa darbnīcā.
Ja siksnas tiek regulētas vai nomainītas, jāregulē arī vadības 
troses (skatīt tālāk).

7.5 PIEDZIŅAS SIKSNAS MAINĪŠA N A
Piedziņas siksna (J) ir parādīta 10. attēlā.
1. Nomontējiet gliemežskrūves siksnu, kā aprakstīts 
iepriekš.
2.  Kad visas daļas ir demontētas, atbrīvojiet piedziņas 
siksnu.
3. Daļas samontējiet pretējā secībā. PIEZĪME! Drīkst 
izmantot tikai oriģinālas siksnas.
4. Noregulējiet vadības troses, ievērojot tālāk sniegtās 
instrukcijas.
7.6 VADĪBAS TROŠU REGULĒŠANA
Ja tiek mainītas siksnas, jāregulē arī vadības troses (skatīt 
tālāk).
7.6.1 Gliemežskrūves troses regulēšana
1. Noņemiet aizdedzes sveces aizsardzību.
2. Atskrūvējiet vaļīgāk divas skrūves un noņemiet siksnas 
pārsegu. Skatīt 11. attēlu.
3.  Nospiediet uz leju gliemežskrūves sviru (7. poz., 1. att.) 
un uzmaniet atsperi (poz. S. 15. att.). Kad svira ir 
nospiesta, atsperei ir jāpagarinās par aptuveni 5 mm. 
4. Ja nepieciešams veikt regulēšanu, nokabiniet troses no 
sviras. Skatīt 2. attēlu. 
5. Skrūvējiet Z-veida nipeli vajadzīgajā virzienā un 
piestipriniet to uz roktura.
6. Pārbaudiet regulējumu atbilstoši 3. punktam un, ja 
nepieciešams, atkārtojiet regulēšanu.
7. Daļas samontējiet pretējā secībā.
7.6.2 Piedziņas kabeļa regulēšana

4. Skrūvējiet Z-veida nipeli vajadzīgajā virzienā un 
nostipriniet to uz roktura.
5. Pārbaudiet vēlreiz atbilstoši 2 punktam un, ja 
nepieciešams, noregulējiet vēlreiz.
6. Uzstādiet atpakaļ apakšējo plātni.

1. Nomontējiet gliemežskrūves siksnu atbilstoši iepriekš 
sniegtajām instrukcijām.
2. Pārbaudiet vai berzes ritenis un diska plātnes ir pilnīgi 
tīras no eļļas un ziedes. Ja nepieciešams, nomainiet 
berzes riteni.3. Samontējiet atpakaļ pārējās daļas pretējā secībā. Skatīt 
arī ““Gliemežskrūves siksnas mainīšana” på sidan 24”.

6. Saeļļojiet visas daļas, kā parādīts iepriekš nodaļā

7. Pārbaudiet, vai sniega metējam nav bojājumu. Ja 
vajadzīgs, salabojiet.
8.  Salabojiet visus krāsojuma bojājumus.
9. Nodrošiniet metāla virsmas pret rūsēšanu.

2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 GENERAL
• Please read through these instructions carefully. Learn all 
the controls and the correct use of the machine.
• Never allow children or anyone who is not familiar with 
these instructions to use the snow thrower. Local 
regulations may impose restrictions as regards the age of 
the driver.
• Never use the machine if others, particularly children or 
animals, are in the vicinity. 
• Remember that the driver is responsible for accidents that 
happen to other people or their property.
• Be careful not to trip or fall, especially when reversing 
the machine.
• Never use the snow thrower under the influence of 
alcohol or medication and if you are tired or ill.2.2 PREPARATIONS
• Check the area to be cleared and remove any loose or 
foreign objects.
• Disengage all controls before starting the engine.
• Never use the snow thrower unless properly dressed. 
Wear footwear that improves your grip on a slippery 
surface.
• Warning – Petrol is highly inflammable. 
a. Always store petrol in containers that are made 
especially for this purpose.
b. Only fill or top up with petrol outdoors, and never 
smoke when filling or topping up.
c. Fill with petrol before starting the engine. Never 
remove the filler cap or fill with petrol while the engine 
is running or still warm.
d. Screw the filler cap on tightly and wipe up any spilt 
petrol.
• Adjust the height of the auger housing to ensure it stays 
above gravel paths.
• Never, under any circumstances, make adjustments while 
the engine is running (unless otherwise specified in the 
instructions).
• Allow the snow thrower to adjust to the outdoor 
temperature before using it.
• Always use protective goggles or a visor during use, 
maintenance and service. 
2.3 OPERATION
• Keep hands and feet away from rotating parts. Always 
avoid the discharge chute opening.
• Be careful when driving on or crossing gravel paths, 
pavements and roads. Be aware of hidden dangers and 
traffic.
• Never direct the discharge chute towards a public road or 
traffic.
• If the snow thrower hits a foreign object, stop the engine, 
disconnect the spark plug cable and carefully inspect the 
machine for damage. Repair the damage before using the 
machine again.
• If the machine starts vibrating abnormally, stop the 
engine and look for the cause. Vibration is normally a 
sign of something wrong.
• Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug cable: 
a. If the machine steers away from the driving position. 
b. If the auger housing or discharge chute is blocked and 
must be cleaned. 
c. Before beginning repairs or adjustments.
• Always make sure the rotating parts have stopped and all 
the controls are disengaged before cleaning, repairing or 
inspection.
• Before leaving the machine unattended, disengage all the 
controls, put it into neutral gear, stop the engine and 
remove the ignition key.

• Never run the engine indoors except when taking it in and 
out of its place of storage. In this case ensure the door to 
the storage place is open. Exhaust fumes are toxic. 
• Never drive across a slope. Move from the top down, and 
from the bottom to the top. Be careful when changing 
direction on a slope. Avoid steep slopes.
• Never operate the machine with insufficient protection or 
without the safety devices in place.
• Existing safety devices must not be disconnected or 
disengaged.
• Do not alter the engine’s regulator setting and do not race 
the engine. The possibility of personal injury increases 
when the engine is run at high revs.
• Never use the snow thrower near enclosures, cars, 
windowpanes, slopes etc. without properly setting the 
discharge chute deflector. 
• Always keep children away from areas to be cleared. Get 
another adult to keep the children under supervision.
• Do not overload the machine by driving it too fast.
• Take care when reversing. Look behind you before and 
during reversing to check for any obstacles.
• Never point the discharge chute towards bystanders. Do 
not allow anyone to stand in front of the machine. 
• Disengage the auger when the snow thrower is to be 
transported or is not in use Do not drive too fast on 
slippery surfaces when transporting.
• Only use accessories that are approved by the machine’s 
manufacturer.
• Never drive the snow thrower in bad visibility or without 
satisfactory lighting.
• Always ensure you have a good balance and a tight grip 
on the handle. 
• Never use the snow thrower on a roof.
• Do not touch engine components because they are warm 
during use. Risk of burn injuries.
2.4 MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• Tighten all nuts and screws so that the machine is in safe 
working condition. Check the shear bolts regularly.
• Always use genuine spare parts. Non-genuine spare parts 
can entail a risk of injury, even if they fit the machine.
• Never store the machine with petrol in the tank in 
buildings where the fumes can come into contact with 
open flames or sparks.
• Allow the engine to cool before putting the machine in 
store.
• Before a long storage, check the instructions for 
recommendations.
• Replace damaged warning and instruction stickers.
• Let the engine run a couple of minutes with the auger 
connected after use. This prevents the auger from 
freezing solid.
3 ASSEMBLY
Note: Instructions to the left and right sides start from the 
driving position behind the snow thrower.
3.1 CONTENTS - OUTER PACKING
The packing contains:
- Snow thrower
- Adjustment lever
- Gear rod
- Discharge chute
- Set of instructions
- Handle
- Assembly kit
The assembly kit is delivered in a bag and contains:
- 4 screws (A) for the handle
- 2 square washers (B)
- 2 round washers (C)
- 1 short screw (I)
- 1 lock nut for the screw (I)
- 1 long screw (V)
- Adjustment lever handle (Y)
- Screw for the lever handle
- Washer for the lever handle
- Allen key
In addition, the following are supplied:
- Chute clearing tool (17 in fig. 1)
- Extra break bolts for spare
3.2 UNPACKING
1.  Remove all loose items from the carton.
2.  Cut the four corners of the carton and let the sides fall 
down.
3.  Roll the snow thrower from the carton.
3.3 HANDLE, SEE FIG. 2, 3
1.  See fig. 2. Arrange the wires according to W and X and 
hook on the auger and drive wires Z-nipples into their 
handles.
2. Assemble the handle with the following parts:
A Four Screws
B Two Support plates for the upper screws
C Two Washers for the lower screws
3.  Tighten the four screws.
3.4 SNOW DISCHARGE CHUTE, SEE FIG. 4
1.  Place the discharge chute (D) on the flange.
2.  Mount the three carriage pieces (E) with two screws each.
3. Tighten properly. 
3.5 ADJUSTMENT LEVER, SEE FIG. 5
1.  Insert the adjustment lever through the eyebolt (F) from 
the front.
2. Insert the end of the shaft in the plastic bushing and adjust 
the worm gear to the cut out in the snow discharge chute.
3.  Install the washer (Z) and lock with the locking pin (G).
4. Install the washer (Z), lever handle (Y) with  screw and 
washer.

3.6 GEAR LEVER, SEE FIG. 6
Assemble the gear lever to the gearbox shaft as follows:
1. Set up the machine on the auger housing and set the ger 
lever (H) in the first gear forwards. See fig. 6.
2. Assemble the screw (I) through the angle joint and shaft. 
Tighten the screw.
3. Tighten the upper screw (T) between the gear lever and 
the angle joint.
4. Tighten the lower screw (U) between the gear lever and 
the angle joint.
5. Use the allen key and tighten the screw (V) until the gear 
lever remains in the gear positions in the panel plate.
6. Set down the machine on its wheels.
3.7 CHECKING THE CONTROL WIRES
The control wires might need adjusting before using the 
snow thrower for the first time.
See ADJUSTING THE CONTROL WIRES below.
3.8 TYRE PRESSURE
Check the air pressure in the tyres. See “6.4”.
4 CONTROLS
The motor is equipped with a protection grid. The 
motor may never be started without the grid fitted 
or with a defect grid.
See fig. 1.
4.1 THROTTLE (16)
Controls the engine’s revs. The throttle has two positions:
1. Full throttle
2. Idling.
4.2 CHOKE (2)
Used when starting a cold engine. The choke has two 
positions:
1. The choke is open
2. The choke is closed (for cold starting)
4.3 STOP SWITCH (13)
Used to stop the engine. The switch has two positions:
0– The engine stops, engine can not start.
1– The engine can be started, engine running.
4.4 STARTING HANDLE (12)
Manual cord start with rewinding.
4.5 OIL FILLER PLUG (15)
For filling and checking the oil level in the engine. 
The oil level should be up to the bottom of the hole.
4.6 FILLER CAP (8)
For filling with petrol. 4.7 FUEL COCK(3)
The fuel cock opens the fuel supply to the carburettor. The 
fuel cock shall always be closed when the machine is not in 
use.
Downwards - open.
To the right - closed.
4.8 OIL DRAINING PLUG (14)
For draining the old engine oil when changing the oil.
4.9 SPARK PLUG PROTECTION (1)
The protection is easily removable by hand. The spark plug 
is located under the protection.
4.10 GEAR LEVER (4)
The machine has 5 forward gears and 2 reverse to regulate 
the speed. 
The gear stick must not be moved if the driving 
clutch lever is depressed.
4.11 CLUTCH LEVER- DRIVING (6)
Engages the wheels when put into gear and the lever 
is pushed towards the handle.
Situated on the right side of the handle.
4.12 CLUTCH LEVER- AUGER (7)
Connects the auger and fan when the lever is pushed 
down towards the handle. 
Situated on the left side of the handle.
4.13 ADJUSTMENT LEVER (5)
Changes the direction of the discharged snow. 
1. Turn the lever clockwise – the discharge turns to 
the right.
2. Turn the lever anti-clockwise – the discharge turns 
to the left. 
4.14 SHOES (11)
Used to set the height of the auger housing above the ground.
4.15 WHEEL LOCK
See fig. 7. The left wheel is mounted on the wheel shaft with 
the help of a locking pin. The locking pin can be moved to 
two positions: 
A)  Inner position – two-wheel drive. 
B)  Outer position – one-wheel drive. Simplifies 
manoeuvring the machine when turning.
- Used during lighter conditions. 
- When storing the machine.
4.16 CHUTE DEFLECTOR (9)
Losen the wing nuts and adjust the chute deflector to a 
suitable height.
Low - shorter ejection distance. 
High - longer ejection distance.

4.17 CHUTE CLEARING TOOL (17)
The chute clearing tool is located in a holder on top of the au-
ger housing. The chute clearing tool must always be used 
when cleaning the discharge chute and augur.
Always stop the engine before clearing the chute.
Never clear the snow discharge chute with your 
hand. Risk of serious injury.
5 USING THE SNOW THROWER
5.1 GENERAL
Never start the engine until all the above measures under 
ASSEMBLY have been carried out. 
Never use the snow thrower without first reading 
and understanding the instructions and all the 
warning and instruction stickers on the machine. 
Always use protective goggles or a visor during 
use, maintenance and service.
5.2 BEFORE STARTING
Fill the engine with oil before using. 
Do not start the engine until filled with oil. The 
engine can be seriously damaged without oil.
1.  Place the machine on a level floor.
2.  Loosen the oil filler plug (F) and fill with oil to the under-
side of the oil filler  hole (fig. 8)
3.  Use oil SAE 5W30-10W40 in accordance with A.P.I 
service “SF“, “SG“ or “SH“. 
4.  The crankcase holds: 0.6 litres.
5. Reinstall the oil filler plug (F).
Always check the oil level before using. The snow thrower 
must stand on level ground when checking.
5.3 FILL UP THE PETROL TANK
Always use lead-free petrol. Oil-mixed 2-stroke petrol must 
not be used.
NOTE! Bear in mind that ordinary lead-free petrol is 
perishable; do not purchase more petrol than can be used 
within thirty days.
Environmental petrol can be used, i.e. alkylate petrol. This 
type of petrol has a composition that is less harmful for 
people and nature.
Petrol is highly inflammable. Always store fuel in 
containers that are made especially for this 
purpose. 
Store the petrol in a cool, well ventilated place – 
not in the house. Store the petrol well out of reach 
for children.
Only fill or top up with petrol outdoors, and never 
smoke when filling or topping up. Fill with fuel 
before starting the engine. Never remove the filler 
cap or fill with petrol while the engine is running 
or still warm.
Do not fill the petrol tank right to the top. After filling, screw 
the filler cap on tightly and wipe up any spilt petrol. 5.4 STARTING THE ENGINE, SEE FIG. 1
Do not touch engine components because they are 
warm during use and up to 30 minutes after use. 
Risk of burn injuries.
Never run the machine indoors. The exhaust 
fumes contain carbon monoxide, a very toxic gas.
1.  Make sure the driving (6) and auger (7) clutch levers are 
disengaged.
2. Open the fuel cock (3).
3.  Set the stop switch (13) in position “1”.
4.  Turn the choke (3) to position  . Note: A warm engine 
does not need the choke. 
5.  Pull on the starter cord until you feel resistance. Start the 
engine with a sharp pull.
6.  When the engine starts, reset the choke until it is fully 
open.
5.5 STOPPING
1.  Release both clutch levers. Note. If the snow thrower 
continues rotating - see ADJUSTING THE CONTROL 
WIRES below.
2. Close the fuel cock (3).
3.  Set the stop switch (13) in position “0”.
5.6 STARTING
1.  Start the engine as above. Let the engine run a few 
minutes to warm before use.
2.  Set the chute deflector.
3.  Turn the adjustment lever and set the deflector to throw 
the snow in the direction of the wind.
The gear stick must not be moved if the driving 
clutch lever is depressed.
4.  Set the gear lever to a suitable position. 
5.  Press down the auger clutch lever to activate the auger 
and discharge fan.
Watch out for rotating auger. Keep hands, feet, 
hair and loose clothing away from any moving 
parts on the machine.
6.  Press down the auger clutch lever. The snow thrower now 
moves forward or backwards depending on the gear you 
have chosen.
5.7 DRIVING TIPS
The silencer and surrounding parts become very 
hot when the engine is running. Risk of burns. 
1.  Always adapt the speed to the snowy conditions. 
Regulate the speed with the gear stick.
2.  Snow is more effectively removed directly after falling.
3.  Always throw the snow in the direction of the wind if 
possible.
4.  Adjust the shoes with the screws (11 in fig. 1) to suit the 
ground conditions: 
- On flat ground, e.g. asphalt, the shoes should be about  
3mm under the scraping blade.
- On uneven ground, e.g. gravel paths, the shoes should 
be about  30mm under the scraping blade.
