• Is the memory card inserted all the way into the slot with the label facing upward?
• Do the images conform to the Design rule for Camera File  system (Exif compliant)? Unless they are contained in a folder 
far down in a folder hierarchy, JPEG images should print even if 
they do not conform to the Design rule for Camera File system 
(Exif compliant).

OverviewWhen the printer encounters some kind of problem, a symbol appears 
in the LCD monitor to indicate the error type. Take the action 
recommended for the error symbol. Error messages will also display in a 
camera’s LCD monitor when the camera is connected to the printer.

Overview
•Turn  the  power  off  and  then  back  on.  
•Remove  the  ink  cassette  and  take  the  slack  out  of  the  ink  
sheet  before  replacing  it.  If  this  does  not  fix  the  problem,  
replace  the  ink  cassette  with  a  new  one.  Contact  a  customer  
support  center  if  you  cannot  remove  the  ink  cassette.
